These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Fleetorica website and website-based communications. By using this website, you agree to these terms. Separate dispatch services are governed by the dispatch agreement signed between Fleetorica and the carrier client.

Our Services

Fleetorica provides truck dispatch services directly to owner-operators and small fleets. Services may include load searching, broker communication, rate discussions, dispatch coordination, lane planning, and administrative support. Fleetorica is not a motor carrier and does not represent that it is acting as a freight broker.

No Guarantee of Loads or Earnings

Freight availability, rates, lanes, market conditions, operating costs, equipment availability, carrier performance, and other factors vary. Fleetorica does not guarantee any specific number of loads, rate per mile, revenue, profit, or earnings.

Carrier Decisions

The carrier retains control over its business and is responsible for accepting or rejecting load opportunities, complying with applicable laws and regulations, maintaining required authority and insurance, operating equipment safely, and fulfilling transportation obligations.

First Load Free Offer

Fleetorica's introductory offer waives Fleetorica's dispatch service fee for the carrier's first completed dispatch load, subject to eligibility and the applicable Fleetorica dispatch agreement. The offer does not waive freight-related expenses, carrier operating expenses, insurance, fuel, tolls, permits, lumper fees, or other third-party costs that may apply. Fleetorica may modify or discontinue promotional offers prospectively.

Service Fees

After the introductory offer, Fleetorica dispatch services are percentage-based. The specific percentage, billing terms, and service conditions are established directly with the carrier in the signed Fleetorica dispatch agreement and are not established by these website terms.

SMS Messaging Terms

If you voluntarily opt in, Fleetorica may send conversational and service-related SMS messages concerning your inquiry, onboarding, account, or dispatch services.

• Message frequency varies based on your interactions and service activity.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS messages.
• Reply HELP for assistance, or contact Fleetorica at (747) 210-0227 or admin@fleetorica.com.
• SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing or receiving Fleetorica services.
• Carriers and wireless providers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
