Pay only when you haul
A simple percentage of each load we book. No upfront cost, no contract, and your first load is free.
How your rate is set
Your dispatch percentage depends on your truck type, your lanes and how many trucks you run. A dispatcher quotes it on your first call, before you sign anything, and it's written into your dispatch agreement. Try your own numbers in the dispatch fee calculator.

How billing works
Dispatch fees are a percentage of the gross rate on the rate confirmation for each load we book. The final percentage and billing terms are set in your signed dispatch agreement. You never pay a dispatch fee for a week we don't book you a load.
Questions carriers ask
Why a percentage instead of a flat weekly fee?
You only pay when you haul. A slow week, home time or a breakdown costs you nothing in dispatch fees.
Do you charge on detention or lumper reimbursements?
Your dispatch agreement spells out exactly what the percentage applies to. Pass-through reimbursements like lumper fees are typically not part of the line-haul rate.
Are government fees included in service prices?
No. FMCSA, UCR, IRP, IFTA and IRS fees are paid to the agency and are separate from our service price.
