Your first load is free
Have your own MC authority? We book your first load with no dispatch fee. No contract, no forced dispatch.
What the offer is
Fleetorica books your first load with no dispatch fee. We find the load, check the broker, negotiate the rate and send it to you to approve. If you haul it, you pay us nothing for that load.
- No dispatch fee on your first completed dispatched load
- No contract to lock you in: a simple dispatch agreement you can stop any time
- No forced dispatch: you approve every load, including the first one
- No upfront cost to apply or to get on the phone with a dispatcher
Your normal operating costs (fuel, tolls, insurance, lumpers and other third-party costs) still apply. Full terms are in the first load free offer section of our Terms and Conditions.
Who qualifies
The offer is for carriers who can haul a load under their own authority today:
- Your own active MC authority (operating authority) and USDOT number
- A truck we dispatch: Dry van, Reefer, Flatbed, Box truck, Hotshot, Cargo van
- Insurance on file: a certificate showing auto liability and cargo coverage
- Ready to onboard: you can sign the dispatch agreement and send your carrier packet
New MC? You still qualify once it's active, but some brokers won't book an authority that's less than about 90 days old, so the first load can take longer. Check yours with the MC age checker.
What happens next
Send the short form or call us with your MC number, truck type and the lanes you want.
A short call to confirm your authority, insurance and equipment, and to hear your minimum rate and home time.
Sign the dispatch agreement and send your carrier packet. Your dispatcher takes over from here.
We find and negotiate a load for your lane and send it to you to approve. No dispatch fee on this one.
See the full process on how dispatch works.
After the first load
A simple percentage of each load's gross, quoted for your truck and lanes before you start and charged only on loads we book. No contract, and your first load is free. Your dispatcher quotes the percentage on the first call, before you sign anything. See pricing or try your own numbers in the dispatch fee calculator.
Questions carriers ask
Is the first load really free?
Yes. We waive the Fleetorica dispatch fee on your first completed dispatched load. Your normal operating costs (fuel, tolls, insurance, lumpers) still apply.
Do I need my own MC authority?
Yes. The offer is for carriers with their own active MC authority. If you have only a USDOT number or drive under another carrier's authority, start with our new authority guide or MC authority setup service.
Do I have to take the load you find?
No. There's no forced dispatch. We send you the load to approve, and you can say no.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. Service terms are in a simple dispatch agreement, and you can stop any time.
Who pays me for the load?
Brokers pay you or your factoring company directly. Fleetorica never holds your freight money.
