Dispatch for fleets
From 2 trucks to 50 and up: one team that plans every truck, every driver's home time and every lane you like.
First load free · then a % of each load · no contractWhat we handle for your fleet
- Plan loads across all your trucks so they don't compete for the same freight
- Track each driver's hours of service and home time
- Weekly fleet report: miles, revenue and rate per mile for each truck
- Add or pause a truck any week
- Driver hiring help when you add trucks ($500 solo, $750 team)
Why fleets use Fleetorica
A good in-house dispatcher usually handles around 8–12 trucks, and hiring one means salary, load boards and turnover risk. We give you a dispatch team that scales with your fleet and only costs money when your trucks haul.
- Mixed fleets (semis and box trucks)
- Company drivers and leased owner-operators
- Dedicated and regional lanes
- Growing fleets adding trucks
- Fleets whose owner still drives
- Fleets replacing an in-house dispatcher
What brokers will ask for
For fleet onboarding we'll need:
- MC authority and USDOT number
- Certificate of insurance listing all scheduled units
- Truck and trailer list with equipment specs
- Driver list with home bases and schedules
- Factoring or billing details
Pricing
A simple percentage of each load's gross, quoted for your truck and lanes before you start and charged only on loads we book. No contract, and your first load is free.
Questions carriers ask
Do you work with fleets over 10 trucks?
Yes. Fleets get a dedicated point of contact and planning across every truck.
Can we keep some of our own customers?
Yes. We dispatch the trucks you assign to us and work around your direct customers.
Is fleet pricing different?
Every fleet gets a percentage of each load, quoted for its trucks and lanes. Larger fleets can ask about volume terms in the dispatch agreement.
