What we book, by truck type
Dry van
Paint, coatings, metal parts, consumer goods and retail freight keep dry vans busy. We look for reloads close to Cleveland so you're not deadheading out of Northeast Ohio.
Reefer
Frozen food and grocery distribution keep reefers moving around Cleveland. We plan reloads so the unit isn't running empty.
Flatbed
Steel coils, sheet, machinery and port cargo move in and out of the mills, plants and docks. We check securement and tarp needs before we book.
Box truck
Regional retail and final-mile freight around Cleveland and its suburbs suits 26-foot box trucks.
Power only
Preloaded trailers and drop-and-hook freight from warehouses along I-480 and I-271 work well for power only units.
How we dispatch here
- ODOT says Cleveland-area truck parking is heavily used and demand keeps growing, so we plan your stop before you roll
- The Ohio Turnpike (I-80/I-90) is a toll road, so we add tolls to the trip cost before we say a load pays
- We use I-480 and I-271 to reach warehouses on the south and east sides instead of running through downtown
- For port and mill pickups we confirm appointment times and gate rules with the broker before booking
- Interstate carriers don't need Ohio operating authority. For-hire loads that stay inside Ohio need a certificate from the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio
State rules, permits and taxes are on our Ohio dispatch page.
Pricing
a percentage of the load's gross, quoted for your truck and lanes, charged only on loads we book. No contract, and your first load is free.
